Troubleshooting

If your app is crashing, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Update Your App

Ensure that your app is up to date by checking for updates in your app store.

Restart Your Device

Try restarting your device to see if that resolves the issue.

Clear Your Cache

Clear your app cache to see if that resolves the issue. To do this:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Apps.

  3. Find your todo list app and select it.

  4. Select Storage.

  5. Select Clear Cache.
